Granny Square Workshop with Makestock

Following the success of our Crochet Basics course, we're excited to bring a range of one off classes, run by the amazing Emily from Make.Stock.

Across this level 2 class, we will learn how granny squares are created. We will go over the stitches frequently used to make them, the many different styles and patterns available as well as colour changing, joining methods and weaving in ends too. This course is an ideal next step after completing ‘Crochet Basics’ or alternatively if you’ve already given crochet a try and got to grips with some basic stitches. In this course we will mainly be using chain, slip stitch and treble crochet stitches, so it is essential that you are competant in these stitches. This course will be taught using UK crochet terminology. 

This class will take place on March 20th, 2025 at 7pm-9.30pm at Leonards cafe in Store 104, refreshments will be provided.
